I’m not sure if you’ve noticed but our society is set up for ill-health and disease. We have a choice – we can embrace the opportunity to attain great health, or we can follow the path of least resistance and reap the same ill-health that many people are facing.

In this episode, I talk about what the opportunity is and how we can take advantage of it and how to avoid the health pitfalls and dangers that will make us sick, tired, overweight and unfulfilled in life if we’re not careful.

Here’s the situation we’re in…

Times have changed. Everything in our society is set up against you having great health. Supermarkets sell ‘frankenstein foods’ that are created in labs rather than grown in fields, our waters and skies are polluted with toxins, our soils are depleted of nutrients, the food industry is in the business of marketing confusion over which type of diet is best for us so that we never arrive at a solution and the medical industry pushes pills and procedures rather than cures and good nutrition. The majority of people are overweight, sick, tired and afflicted by diseases that could be prevented with the right information and the right diet and lifestyle. To top it off, we are more distracted, interrupted, stressed, pressured and bombarded by pings, emails, phone calls and information then ever.

The stakes are too high to simply do what everyone else does. Another way is needed and you have the opportunity to start making that happen this year.

I’ve made it my life’s mission to bring people the simple strategies of true health and I’m committed to helping you upgrade your diet and lifestyle to prevent burn out, get slim, healthy and energised and I’d like to help you do this for the new year and beyond.
