These people would try to look for answers in magazines promoting in-vogue diets and detoxes, or from health gurus such as Doctor Oz, Dr Phil or Dr Mercola…Or trying the latest exercise workouts from celebrity Youtube fitness instructors…Or by visiting their own ‘trusted’ doctor – only to be given pills and vague advice about eating a ‘sensible diet’ (whatever that means?). They weren’t really getting the help they needed and I’ve studied this problem for over 17 years and found the solution!

I’ve seen both sides of the health equation – I worked as Medical Research Manager in the health service for years (where it was all about drugs and surgery – not prevention and cure) and I’ve also worked as a plant-based Nutritionist, health coach and studied under the world’s top doctors who have spent years reversing disease in their patients with nutrition.

I wrote the acclaimed Hay-House published book ‘The Alkaline 5 Diet’ and have seen many, many people all over the world get slim, healthy and energised through my work since I set up my website in 2008.

There are a few key tweaks and additions that you can make to your kitchen set-up that will save you time, money and make your success with a truly healthy diet easy. When your life and work schedule is busy and demanding, you need foods and snacks that you can take with you or prepare/find on the go, so that you’re not tempted to grab the nearest unhealthy foods just because you feel you have no option. In this module you’ll see that even when you’re travelling, away from home, or your work hours are long, you have a huge amount of choice in what you can eat.
We also look at ‘white bear swaps’ – finding numerous healthy replacements for the unhealthy foods and drinks that you currently enjoy but are stopping you from having the health, energy and body you desire.

In this module we anticipate obstacles to our success in advance so we have strategies in place to deal with them when they come up. We look at what to do when our willpower is low and when we feel tired and tempted to revert to old and unhealthy ways of eating.

We look at dealing with well-meaning objections from friends and family to our new ‘healthy diet’, as well as eating out in restaurants and other social situations.

If you just focus on the good stuff to add into your diet and lifestyle but neglect the stuff we need to take out, it’s like putting your foot on the accelerator and the brake at the same time and your results will be seriously hindered. In this module we look at the key toxins and cancer-promoters around your home in your bathroom cabinet and kitchen that you need to remove immediately as they are slowly poisoning you (not to put it too strongly!) These are the things that are easy to replace with healthy alternatives and I give you various options to make this a no-brainer.

We also look at other precautions to take with technology and environmental toxins that can be harming us and how to minimise the effects of electromagnetic (EMF) energy and WIFI damage.

Smart exercise is not about doing long, gruelling or high intensity gym sessions that will burn you out. It’s about doing the beneficial movement, strength and postural exercises that you can fit in around your busy lifestyle, will complement your high performance diet to give you great results with minimal time and effort. We look at exercise that is enjoyable and sustainable, that you can do over the long term without unnecessary injuries and finding it a burden.
There’s also training on good ergonomics and posture at work, great sleep hygiene and habits – to tackle insomnia and improve your quantity and quality of your sleep. Plus other habits that will keep your body and alignment in great shape.

This module is about how to stay well-hydrated for your lifestyle and different options for upgrading the water you drink. This is vitally important as our water system contains lots of dirty toxins such as medical and hormonal waste, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), chlorine and heavy metals that are harmful to you and will prevent you from having truly great health and can contribute to disease. We look at different filtration options, such as alkaline water filters and ionizers and their benefits.

This is not a quick-fix approach or a faddy diet. This program is designed to get you lasting results in a healthy way and for that it takes some time. Hey, you didn’t gain it overnight so you can’t expect to lose it overnight!

You can expect to lose up to 20lbs of pure fat in the 12 weeks and can go on to sustainably lose more after that – you’ll have the exact tools and meal plans to do it. If you lose weight too quickly it will often result in yo-yoing and can also release toxins into your body stored in your fat cells that can cause ill-health.

No! The meals are plant-based and they are delicious and easy but there is room for some ‘free’ meals/calories, where you can add in other foods you like, including meat and dairy if you want. The process of going completely plant-based is often a journey of a number of years for many people and you can experience wonderful health, energy and weight loss benefits without going 100% plant-based.

This plan works on an 80:20 basis – 80% nutritional excellence and 20% of whatever else you want. That said, I will help you with giving you healthier options for the standard animal-based products that you currently enjoy, so you have the option to make some plant-based swaps if you want.

(NOTE: I use the term ‘plant-based’ rather than vegan because this program has no particular ethical or animal rights agenda, only a health one.)

We start the week commencing the 19th February 2018 and run for 12 weeks with weekly new modules and coaching calls, with a 1-week break in the middle. After then, there are monthly calls for a further 3 months. So you get training and support for a full 6 months, until August 2018! Don’t worry if you wan’t make all of the live training, it’s all recorded in the member’s area for you.

All the calls will be recorded and added to your members area so you can access them at any time, plus you can submit your question before the call to get it answered live, even if you can’t make it.
