This is where we introduce/optimise some tasty probiotic fermented foods and drinks into your daily diet to optimise your gut ‘microbiome’ (the good bacteria).

RESTORE STAGE

Stage 2 – Restore

This second, ‘Restore’ stage of great health for life is about repairing your gut flora or ‘good bacteria’. This further aids digestion and – done in the right way – boosts immunity, balances your hormones and enhances your mood and psychological wellbeing.

This is where we introduce/optimise some probiotic and fermented foods and drinks into your daily diet to make your gut ‘microbiome’ really healthy. We don’t need to eat a huge amount but little and often is a good idea, which is what you’ll see here in the meal plan for weeks 3&4

Module 4 Diet Action

Download the HFL Simple Meal Plan for Weeks 3-4 and check out the Restore recipe videos (you can also see the recipes on the recipe page here). Make your first probiotic food – either natural live yoghurt, kefir, kimchi or sauerkraut. Have a small amount 2-4 times per day with your meals. (TIME: 60 minutes)
