MODULE 1 – HEALTH FOR LIFE MINDSET

In this first week we identify your ‘health story’ and your ‘health personality’, choose your Primary Goal that you’ll be looking to achieve and go over the 7-Point Framework for Optimum Health, Healing & Weight Loss. This mindset work sets that stage for success throughout the program.

Great Health Diet Stage For This Module…

Stage 1 – Cleanse

This is where we eat lots of alkaline-forming green plant foods and fruits, along with our normal diet (or instead of). This gives the body a chance to detoxify and take a break from heavy digestion. Great foods to include in your diet at this stage are green smoothies, steamed vegetables with butter or coconut oil (to increase mineral and vitamin absorption), wheatgrass juice (or other super green powder supplements), seed sprouts and leafy green salads with olive oil or nut dressings.

Module 1 Diet Action

Buy a small pack of organic wheatgrass juice powder from Amazon or your local health store and have a teaspoon in a glass of water first thing each morning – your ‘blood cleanser’ drink. (TIME: 30 minutes + 5 minutes each morning)
