MODULE 2 – NUMBERS & ACCOUNTABILITY

High performance in any area of life, whether it’s money, sport, business or health requires us to keep track of key numbers in order to monitor progress and success. This removes any guessing and hoping and replaces it with a confident, clear plan of action to ensure you hit your desired health goals. We’ll be looking at key numbers to measure and putting in place not one or two but FOUR layers of accountability to make sure that you stay on course and motivated.

I’ll be going over some great tools, software and phone apps to help you and giving you some helpful cheat sheets. Plus, there’s a FUN SURPRISE to look forward to that will inspire you through the program!

This week we also start implementing your HFL meal plans, starting with adding in some Cleanse foods. This is exciting, you can do this!

Great Health Diet Stage For This Module…

Stage 1 – Cleanse

This is where we eat lots of alkaline-forming green plant foods and fruits, along with our normal diet (or instead of). This gives the body a chance to detoxify and take a bit of a break from heavy digestion. Great foods to include in your diet at this stage are green smoothies, steamed vegetables with butter or coconut oil (to increase mineral and vitamin absorption), wheatgrass juice (or other super green powder supplements), seed sprouts and leafy green salads with olive oil or nut dressings.

Module 2 Diet Action

Download the ‘High Performance Green Smoothie’ recipe sheet and ‘The Perfect Green Smoothie 5-Step Formula’ cheat sheet in this module and make your first super green smoothie. Aim to have a green smoothie every day. Many people like to have their smoothie for breakfast after their wheatgrass juice. (TIME: 30 minutes + 10 minutes each morning)
