MODULE 12 – STAYING ON COURSE

In this final module we anticipate obstacles to our success in advance so we have strategies in place to deal with them when they come up. We look at what to do when our willpower is low and when we feel tired and tempted to revert to old and unhealthy ways of eating.

We’ll also look at dealing with well-meaning objections from friends and family to our new ‘healthy diet’, as well as eating out in restaurants and other social situations.
