MODULE 3 – YOUR MORNING ROUTINE

When you start your day off right, it sets the rest of the day up to closely follow and you’ll experience high energy, great brain power and joy right from the moment you get up – which is why I’ve included a whole module on nailing your morning routine.

It includes your high-energy breakfast, as well as the most effective rituals and actions to take first thing after you wake up. Equally as important, we look at a things to avoid in the morning that can ruin your day and sap your health, energy and mental clarity.

Choose a healthy breakfast from our Health For Life recipes here. I’d recommend the High Performance Green Smoothie, Superfood Porridge or Vegetable & Cheese Omelette.

Great Health Diet Stage For This Module…

Stage 1 – Cleanse

This is where we eat lots of alkaline-forming green plant foods and fruits, along with our normal diet (or instead of). This gives the body a chance to detoxify and take a bit of a break from heavy digestion. Great foods to include in your diet at this stage are green smoothies, steamed vegetables with butter or coconut oil (to increase mineral and vitamin absorption), wheatgrass juice (or other super green powder supplements), seed sprouts and leafy green salads with olive oil or nut dressings.

Module 3 Diet Action

Keep up with your daily wheatgrass juice first thing and your green smoothies from the previous modules. If you haven’t tried it yet, make my Alkaline Anti-Cancer Curry, it’s tasty!  (TIME: 30 minutes)
