Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- few drops stevia
- dash of vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend the avocado, almond milk, stevia and vanilla and place in a glass jar.
- Mix in the chia seeds and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
