Ingredients
- 1 ripe bananas
- 1 apple, cored
- 1 orange, peeled
- 2 large handfuls of spinach 1/4 of a cucumber
- 1 stalk of celery
- juice of 1 lemon
- 250ml filtered water
- 1 tablespoon amla powder (Indian gooseberry)
- 1 tablespoons ground flax seed meal
Instructions
- Add all to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
